Refund policy

This policy forms part of the general terms and conditions of sale and governs the consumer's rights and obligations regarding the right of withdrawal, returns, refunds and complaints in accordance with applicable Swedish legislation, including the Consumer Sales Act (2022:260) and the Distance Contracts Act (2005:59).

1. Right of Withdrawal

1.1 The consumer has the right to withdraw from the purchase agreement within fourteen (14) days from the day on which the consumer or the consumer's representative received the goods.

1.2 For the right of withdrawal to be valid, the consumer must notify the seller in writing via email to Olyriavirelli@gmail.com before the withdrawal period has expired. The order number must always be stated.

1.3 The product must be returned without undue delay and no later than fourteen (14) days from the day on which notice of withdrawal was given.

1.4 The product must be returned in essentially unchanged condition, in original packaging with any labels intact.

1.5 The consumer is responsible for the costs of return shipping when exercising the right of withdrawal.

2. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

2.1 The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Goods that have been manufactured or customized according to the consumer's specific requirements.
  • Goods that for health or hygiene reasons cannot reasonably be returned where the seal has been broken (e.g., cosmetics, food, hygiene products).

3. Refund

3.1 Refunds will be made without undue delay, but no later than ten (10) business days from the date the seller has received and approved the return.

3.2 Refunds will be made to the same payment method used at the time of purchase, unless otherwise expressly agreed.

3.3 The seller has the right to withhold the refund until the goods have been received or the consumer has provided proof that the return has been sent.

4. Complaints

4.1 The consumer has the right to make a complaint regarding defective or damaged goods in accordance with the Consumer Sales Act. Complaints must be made within a reasonable time from when the defect was discovered.

4.2 Complaints must be made in writing to Olyriavirelli@gmail.com and supplemented with a clear description and documentation (for example, photographs).

4.3 In the case of an approved complaint, the seller is responsible for return shipping and is responsible for remedying the defect through repair, replacement delivery or refund.

4.4 If the defect cannot be remedied, the consumer has the right to a price reduction or cancellation of the purchase according to law.
