Shipping policy

We want you to receive your orders quickly and safely. Below you will find our delivery policy.

1. Delivery Area We deliver to customers within Sweden and the EU. For deliveries outside the EU, customs fees and import costs may apply. These are paid by the recipient.

2. Delivery Times Normal delivery time may vary depending on the product or delivery method from when the order has been confirmed. During high demand, campaigns or holidays, delivery time may be longer. If the delivery is significantly delayed, you have the right to cancel the purchase according to the Consumer Sales Act.

3. Shipping Costs The shipping cost is calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase. Free shipping is offered on orders over 500 SEK.

4. Delivery Methods We work with the major carriers in Sweden. Orders are delivered as parcels/letters/home delivery. Available options are shown at checkout.

5. Uncollected Parcels If you do not collect your parcel, we will charge a fee equal to the return shipping cost to cover our costs for return shipping and handling.

6. Damage and Transport Liability We are responsible for the goods until they have been delivered to you. If the package is damaged upon delivery, report this directly at the collection point/shipping carrier and contact us immediately with photos of the damage.

7. Split Deliveries If an order contains multiple items that are not in stock, the delivery may be split. Extra shipping costs are not charged for split deliveries.
