5. Returns and Complaints Returns and refunds are governed by our Return and Refund Policy. For complaints, we follow the Consumer Sales Act.

6. Limitation of Liability We are not liable for indirect damages, consequential damages or loss of profit due to use of the website or purchase of products. We disclaim liability for technical errors, service interruptions or external attacks that affect the use of the website.

7. Intellectual Property Rights All content on the website (images, logos, texts, design, etc.) belongs to Olyria Virelli or our partners and may not be used without permission.
